我今天剛剛修了我的機器，是這個情況（供參）：
the bad one 是 "Internet Explorer", the good one 是 "Internet Explorer". （notice the space diff).
search "Internet Explorer" in registry and delete those entries. If not allowed, make sure change the permission.
