 投資房產要盡早：年輕有精力，加上房產的自動杠杆（貸款），勤快的話能夠很快積累一些資金

投資股市要等老：老到一定程度，有一定的資產心裏壓力小，心理上也有一定的定力， 能夠在股市上有所收獲
