Is Ford Fusion a good car to buy?

I have seen good review on Fusion. We have a lot of snow in winter. Does the car handle snow well? Thanks for input. I have a Volvo XC70 now but the warranty will expire this year. I am thinking about getting a new car for daily use. Thanks!
