問老窮： 現在新建的房子的地板，都是這種白不啦呲的，而且沒有光澤。這是實木地板嗎？

還是engineered wood, laminate floor?

這種地板上能不能自己再刷一層清漆，來保護一下地板，同時有光澤？如果可以，刷什麽？英文叫什麽？
