怎麽看出來學校給的錢是學校的獎學金還是聯邦給的?

merit base 和FA有什麽區別？是怎麽看出來學校給的是FA還是merit base ？ FAFSA給的錢就是聯邦給的錢嗎？

Grant 是大學給的錢嗎？
