Trustee，Presidential and Dean Scholarships - 需要EA，大部分需要麵試。

NMF Presidential Scholarships － 不需要EA，不需要麵試。看群裏反應，NMSF都去早申，然後抱怨反而有劣勢。實際上完全沒有必要，是把兩個不一的presidential Scholarships搞混了。
