In this post, a point was that

"The transferred student was from Global and Public Health Science (GPHS) major at Cornell, not even from Engineering school or Arts and Science school, not saying CS major at Cornell.  The reason for transferring out was that " Cornell policies does not allow me to add a CS major".

So, we believe that the original post was misleading--- please kindly delete it to prevent the spreading of the rumor.
