緊急求救：來了個黑人單媽，Zillow 上的信息：信用717， 在本地一個大的物流公司做account manager, 收入4x, 看上去無可挑剔。看房那天沒看ID (我一般都不看）。 看完房覺得該看ID， 就問她要driver’s license copy. 和信息符合。給她給的上司打電話，也符合。又用smart move 重新核查background/ credit, 也對得上號，就決定給她簽約。昨晚由於我要out of town, 由隊友代我簽約。隊友問她要ID, 她說隻有手機上電子driver’s license , 實物DL 丟了，正在申請補發。給的deposit 和first month rent 竟然是現金。隊友有懷疑但還是給她簽了，鑰匙也給了。隊友回家給我打電話報告情況，越想越不對勁。回家再數她給的現金，少了$200 刀，而且很多$20。 現金上有煙味。請問，現在怎麽辦，可以退租約嗎？簽了的lease 其實還沒給她copy , 可以明天早上去把鑰匙換了，告訴她不能租給她嗎？
