請教大家，冷水正常，熱水出來變得很渾濁，是water heater的問題嗎？

昨天下午，樓上bath tub換了熱水這邊的cartridge，water main先關上，換完後打開，沒注意到異常(也許沒仔細觀察）

晚上，樓下衛生間的熱水出來非常渾濁，發黃，沉澱後把水放掉，可以看到沉積物，很細，不知道是鏽還是土。放了一會熱水，有好轉，但是還是混

樓上和樓下共用一個water heater。檢查了water heater，pan裏麵很幹，沒有漏水痕跡，但是已經 10+ years

會是什麽問題呢，怎樣進一步檢查？
