So to book a flight to Cairo, you can use LifeMiles, which costs 65,000 miles one way in business class. Taking the transfer bonus into account, this is effectively about 53,000 miles.
And for a flight to Istanbul, you have a few options: you can choose United for 88,000 miles one way, Air Canada 85k, or Turkish Airlines for 75,000 miles, if you go with Turkish and counting the transfer bonus, the cost could be around 55,000 miles.
