請教，這是哪種siding，這種stain怎麽修理？

出租房hoa讓clean or paint外牆。請教大家，

1. 這種siding是vinyl嗎？今天試了下拿百潔布刷了一塊，結果淺色的也打磨掉了，變成跟深色stain一樣的顏色。雖然我感覺像vinyl，但是網上說vinyl不會變色, 因為顏色是本體材料自帶的。

2. 這種stain要怎麽辦？隻能repaint或者換新的嗎？
