我現在被夾在了租客和HOA之間。還沒問自己landlord保險。但

估計不能報，因為不是我的fault.  To show a goodwill, I am willing to cover some cost. Just not sure if the renters actually appreciate it, as they just keep complaining. I can be tough on them if I have to. It feels wrong though for me to cover all the cost.
