問個電爐子不加熱的問題

有電，麵板上的燈在電路按鈕旋轉到開的位置是了亮的，但是電爐上的heating elements 不加熱。 昨天租客開了一會兒電爐，就壞了。是不是fuse 燒斷了？還是別的問題。好修嗎？謝謝。
