2 baths, all share kitchen and w/D). Everyone has a duty week - take the trash/recycle bins out /back, clean whatever you use. Also, has quiet time from 11pm to 8am ( no guest visit and can not use W/D during this time). I do have a house manager, but still need to remind them their duty week at roommates text group
