condo 房間的煙味

租客要搬走，我帶人看房，發現整個condo都是煙味。

condo 是樓上樓下，租客說是樓下抽煙，所以樓上的房間都是煙味，但問題是空調都是獨立的，樓下的煙味，不可能傳到樓上。

租客堅持自己沒有抽煙，這種說法可靠不可靠，房東應該怎麽辦？
