Urn and Spirit Containment Clause:
The Tenant shall not bring, store, or display any urns, vessels, or similar objects containing remains or spirits (hereinafter referred to as "urns") on the Premises unless such urns are securely contained within a Negative Pressure Spirit Containment System (NPSCS) that meets all safety standards, regulatory requirements, and is specifically designed to prevent the release of any spiritual entities or harmful energies into the surrounding environment. The Tenant agrees to provide evidence of compliance with this requirement upon request from the Landlord. Any urns not contained within a certified NPSCS shall be immediately removed from the Premises, and any violations may result in lease termination and/or liability for damages.
