Can I rent my house to them? Thank you

My house is a high end property with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, and it has been available for rent for over 2 months without being rented out.  Yesterday, a mother and her two daughters applied to rent the house. 

The mother has a credit score of 690 and earns over $6000 per month. One of the daughters is an adult, works at a pharmacy, has a credit score of 570, and earns over $2000 per month. 

Can I rent my house to them?
