房客說每次淋浴熱水開後三分鍾會變溫水，但洗臉池的熱水一直熱，熱水爐三年新，會是什麽問題？

房客說這幾天剛變成這樣，即使把熱水開到最大，還是幾分鍾後就變成溫水。但衛生間洗臉盆的熱水一直是熱的，感覺不像是熱水爐的問題。而且熱水爐是三年新的，不應該這麽快就壞了。

 

第一次遇到這種情況，想不出原因，大家幫看看，謝謝。
