請問房客自己要upgrade衛生間的vanity應該沒什麽隱患吧

房客過的比較精致，搬進來以後自己touch up了牆上的油漆，還要在後院遊泳池旁邊裝個涼亭，這些我都同意了。今天又text 我問okay不okay他們upgrade the vanity in guest bathroom. 說以後他們搬走的話vanity 會留下的。還給了個照片。他沒說誰出錢，但我覺得應該是他們出錢的意思吧。原話是are you okay with us upgrading the vanity in the guest bathroom. This obviously would be left as is when we move.

我覺得沒關係，打算說okay. 房客一直交租及時，說話禮貌，目前看是好房客。不想把關係弄壞。
