【問】信用報告：closed accounts, student loan - payment deferred 是什麽

在信用報告上 （Zillow application的）：

In Closed accounts section, it shows "Dept Of Education/neln Education Loan) with Balance of $4,000+ , and comment: "Student loan - payment deferred" . 這個student loan是2011年的。 The borrower filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2015 and received discharged judgement.

 

這是什麽意思？是指 這個loan不用還了嗎？因為它是在 Closed accounts section.

What questions I need to ask the potential applicant?
