請教屋頂在原shingle上加一層新shingle或者鏟掉全換新，25年壽命材料現在市場價格大致在什麽範圍？

啥也不做保險公司不再續保。

請大家幫忙看看：加一層或換新層哪個選擇性價比高？屋頂至少有20年舊，但從沒有漏雨跡象。房子在南加內陸，是ranch平層前後人字形屋脊1100 sft。
