請教各位，有沒有這種經曆：交地稅交給個人的。

地稅單上列明：checks payable to XXX  (人名：first name, last name), Receiver of Taxes.

那這個人就應該是county treasurer ？這同 tax collector有區別嗎？

 

以前的認知是交給 treasury department of XXX county.  或 XXX County Treasurer
