請教老朽波大等前輩，賣房Utility Room polybutylene water service piping，

買家說還有一個月才過戶，擔心會引起漏水， 問有沒有Home warranty,

本身房子沒有Home  Warranty.

11月的時候water  heater service  檢查沒有問題。

請問賣家該怎麽應對，謝謝！
