not only my friend who bought a more expensive house two years ago don't know this FL SOH law at all, in a wechat group one realtor was talking about something else when I was discussing this particular law. And another 4 realtors even knew nothing about this. In this regard I think this particular law in FL is something different with the 加州Prop13 which is known to almost every one in CA (even me, a FL resident, have heard about it many times )
