summer office wear suggestion

All fashion ladies:

The AC in my office is always very cold to me. Typically I need to put a thin sweater on.

For skirt, my knee is cold if I wear summer skirt.

But the outside is almost 90. 

What is good way to balance this for clothes? 

Any good suggestion?
