8老師，我在填I-130表 親屬移民。online vs paper filing, 哪個更好？

現在在file 親屬移民 F3 category。是不是paper filing, 一個大文件包寄過去，包括所有的文件，更容易審查通過？還是說online filing 更容易審批？我的情況，還希望工作人員能夠高抬貴手，能夠繼承之前的F4的priority date 。感謝您的指點！
