請教8老師，關於F2B 親屬移民

8老師我的優先日期已經過了7個月了，一直沒有收到N V C的通知，通過你的指點，我經過問詢，知道了我的N V C的case number 和invoice number.請問我現在是否就可以繳費和在網上申請了嗎？
