最近剛剛拿到公民身份，想申請父母移民，但是他們要等三，四年才退休過來。如果現在申請，一年以後通知下來，我可不可以先hold住，一直等到他們退休後再過來。這樣做的目的就是讓他們有個case#,萬一不給辦了以後 也算敢在之前都遞了. 如果能hold住，應該怎樣辦？非常感謝！

When your parents are physically present in China, USCIS will forward your approved I-130 to NVC, then NVC will process the paperwork for them to apply for the immigrant visa in China. If they don't apply for the visa within one year from the appointment date for the interview, the case will be void. So, you may not need to sponsor them immigration now. Thus, they still can travel to US to visit you using B2 visa anytime.
