My case is little complicated. Make it shorter, my wife (Green card) filed I-130 for my daughter last June and the I-130 was approved last August. And then my green card was approved last September, so my daughter’s H-4 was lost last September.

-If her visa application is based on the I-1`30, she has no choice because she has lost her H-4 status.
---what does “no choice” mean? Does it mean that we should not talk to NVC to change the interview place and we have to go back to Guangzhou, China to have her visa interview?
Or does it mean that we can talk to NVC that my daughter is in U.S. now (even she lost H-4 already), and request to have interview here in the U.S., please advise.
