If it will become void, can she apply for a new B2 to get into US?
-The problem is that she has immigant intent and she may have trouble to enter US using B-2 visa. It only takes about two years for her to get the immigrant visa, and you will also stay in China for about one year, so why doesn't she just get the immigrant visa to enter US?
