很感謝這個論壇，學到很多知識，還是有問題找不到答案，關於父母移民問題，這個帖子很好用，

If parents are outside USA:
(1) if the I-130 is approved,
(2) your parents will be informed and required to attend the green card interview at the applicable nearest US consulate in their home country. Interview needs to be scheduled, and may require a medical exam. Parents need to pay the fee and attend the interview.
(3) If everything goes well, they will be granted an immigration visa (green card).
(4) At their first arrival in USA, they will get the stamp at the port of entry (POE) by an immigration officer, and in few days, they will receive plastic green card delivered to US mailing address.
從上麵敘述來講，後麵的STEPS都不要了。I-485是不要填了，因為沒有身份轉換問題，但是STEP-2(G-325A), STEP3(I-864) 至 STEP4(I-693)都不要，還是這些步驟，需要在“麵簽”的時候就處理完成。
