非常感謝8老師的詳細解答！可是我的大姨已經幫我交了IV Fee。。請問這是不是代表我必須填DS-260了？

-Probably your aunt has filed DS 260 for you already. So, you may just go to China to apply for the immigrant visa, which will make you to be the permanent resident faster because you don't need to file I-485 which take some time for approval..

且請問要是我母親來美國後我再申請I-485，我的follow-to-join是依然以這個老case裏的F4親屬移民轉身份呢？

-Yes. Same as you get the immigrant visa in China.

還是以F2親屬移民轉身份？也就是說是立馬可以拿到綠卡呢？還是要重新開始以F2親屬移民排期？
