給兄弟姐妹移民，收到I-797表。I-797表中Receipt Date 是2002年，
-Your I-130 priority date is "the receipt date" of the I-130 (the date you filed I-130 to USCIS). So, check your I-130 approval notice and if your priority date is not the receipt date, that means USCIS made a mistake. Then, you need to contact USCIS and ask them to fix it.

但是表中 Priority Date是2009年。
-What kind of "表". 

在移民排期時，是以Receipt Date為準，還是以表中 Priority Date為準？
現在排期到2002年3月了，但是我查CASE STATUS，還是說案件在正常時間處理中，等決定。是否就是這樣幹等，還是有其他辦法了解案件進展？多謝！
