8老師：您好 ！

我有一朋友，她哥哥為她申請親屬移民，Ｉ－１３０　是　２００３年遞的，現在已批，在等待排期。　她的女兒在遞 I-130 的時候不到１８歲，現在已經超過２１歲。　

問題：

１，排期到之後，她遞Ｉ－４８５的時候可以同時遞她女兒的Ｉ－４８５嗎　？　
-The child CSPA age = the child age when the priority date (PD) is current - the time of I-130 pending. If the CSPA age is less than 21 when the PD is current, then the child can apply for immigration visa with the parents in China or file I-485 within US if they are in US at that time.
Note: I-130 pending time =The I-130 approval date - the I-130 receipt date.

２，如果不能同時遞，那要等到她拿到綠卡之後再申請她的女兒，這種類別大概要等多少年　？　
-About 7 to 8 years.
