朋友剛拿到公民，幫父母申請綠卡中， 國內有一個妹妹，離婚中，有有效的旅遊簽證，希望讓她妹妹拿旅遊簽證來美，然後就在美國境內等親屬移民的排期，可以嗎？聽說有十多年的排期，在此期間，一直這樣呆在美國可以嗎？
-No unless she can have a legal status such as H-1, F-1, etc. as most of us do.

聽說隻要是合法入境，將來就可以遞交綠卡４８５申請。
-Not for her sister's case, but for her parents.

或者等父母拿到公民，申請她，是不是會更快些，年紀大於２１歲，如果離婚了，　是否可以作為美國公民的未婚成年子女申請綠卡呢？
-Fine, but it will take longer time because the parent need to takes at least five years to become a US citizen. Of course, the parent also can sponsor her green card, but she can  not get married before she gets green card in this case.
