回複：請問，親屬移民：誰才能做擔保人

事情是這樣的，我表哥一家是由我表嫂的母親申請的親屬擔保移民，現在排期快到了。老太太據說沒有報稅，不符合資格，所以最近讓我幫忙做他們的擔保人。

我有點疑問，難道擔保人不是當初擔保他們移民的本人才能做的麽？Sponsor for Affidavit of Support 這裏寫了啊
-The mother is the sponsor, but you can be the joint-sponsor if you agree to (you have to be a green card holder or US citizen to be qualified for the joint-sponsor).
