我是美國公民，有一侄女，16歲，已婚，想移民美國。我不知道怎樣幫她。

 

據我所知，一種辦法是先申請她母親（我親姐姐）過來，等她拿到綠卡後再申請她過來。但不知要等多少年，估計會很長。

-Her mother has to get the US citizenship, then can sponsor her green card (F3 category). So, her mother takes 5 years to get the US citizen, and then sponsor her green card which takes another about 10 years, total 15 years after her mother get the green card.

另一種辦法是她過來讀書，還有一種就是幫她找到工作，拿工作簽證過來。

-This is the best way.

不知這幾種辦法是否可行，或是哪位高人有更多的辦法，請指教，先謝了！
