因為父母一向由妹妹照顧，在等待排期的10年中，父母的身體可能會越來越差，而我工作比較忙，可能分不出心來照顧。

 

妹妹的第二外語是日語，一直在日企工作。英語口語比較差，在國內取得F1的可能性太小了。實在是很為難。

-She can change B2 to F1 within US, but she had better not leave US after you file I-130 and it seems very difficult to her. Also, it is hard for her to study as an F1 student due to her poor English. If she is still single and can marry a US citizen or a Chinese with H1 status, that will be great.
