我有個妹妹想移民來美。請教版主幾個親屬移民的問題。

1.妹妹移民來美有沒有年齡的限製？
-No.

2.妹妹的丈夫和孩子可以同時移民嗎？

-Yes if you are a US citizen and sponsor your sister, but her child's age (with Child Status Protectiob Act) has to be < 21 and not married when the priority date is current.

3.手續費用是多少？
