Good for you to get them reply your inquiry in writing. I found a different email address before your reply, and sent them an inquiry. Will be interesting to see if the lobbybutler will reply. I notice it is the lobbybutler who replied to your inquiry. If they do not reply then I use your email address to resend another inquiry.

Sheraton Grand in Sydney did not operate the lounge thru Pandemic. It only reopened not long ago when Australia opened its border. The Sydney Rock Oyster and Pink Prawn have returned, but not everyday, and not replenished, i.e. when the offerings are gone, no more for that night. In the past it was continuously brought out till last 30min of closing.
