現在可以用B2過來美國然後提交485嗎？

-Yes, but need to wait for at least 90 days from the day they enter US to file I-485. Also, the priority date must be current. The big problem is that they have immigant intent, so they may have trouble to get the B2 visa or have trouble to enter US at the port of entry.

 

485pending期間 孩子可以上學嗎？

-Yes.

case一直壓在nvc 或者有什麽辦法催nvc加快處理 這行就可以在廣州簽證了？
