請教各位老師EB5 麵簽排隊遙遙無期，如何要求退出程序並收回項目投資款？美移民法律法規有哪些支持條款嗎？

-"退出程序並收回項目投資款" is just business, irrelevant to immigration law. USCIS just care about whether you are qualified for immigration when you apply for it.
