本人持有e2工作簽證，在申請e2時已經宣誓公司結束後離開美國（為了沒有移民傾向），
-Who did you 宣誓 to?


如果在e2有效期內申請移民（具備移民條件，例如eb5)，是否可以？是否違背宣誓？
-It is fine. People change their mind all the time, and it is very normal.
