8老師好:

我與先生2015年申請EB5，我先生是主申請人，原計劃如果能在兩年左右登陸美國後，我打算繼續深造讀書，現EB5進度緩慢，但我仍想按原計劃申請美國學校讀MBA，請教如下問題：

1、我與先生都是中國出生，持加拿大護照，如果我申請美國學校錄取後，是否仍能申請F1簽證？

-It should be fine because your spouse is the primary applicant for EB5 which is not related to yo uat this point.

2、我們申請的EB5，是否影響我再申請F1？-No.

3、入果我能申請F1簽證，我先生和小孩能否申請F2一同赴美？

-Your child shound have no problem, but your spouse might have, but just try and who knows? If the VO asks him about the EB5 when applying for F2 visa,  just tell the VO that he will return to China to apply for the immigrant visa in the future. If not ask,  don't say anything about it, but need to tell the truth on the DS-160.

4、如果我們能去美讀書，我們可否全家在美讀書同時等待EB5？-If all of you can get the F-1 and F-2 status, the the annswer is yes.
