兩年的臨時綠卡，10月過期，7月底遞交材料，到現在還沒拿到重新打指紋的通知，如果過期日子人還在中國，能不能憑著指紋通知進美國來打指紋？

如果人在美國綠卡過期，但是現在辦綠卡的一點沒消息（不知道材料有沒有交到移民局），是不是合法能留在美國？

If you want to travel to China during the I-829 pending, you just bring your conditional green card, passport and the I-829 filing receipt to the USCIS local office to get the green card stamp on your passport. Then, use this stamp to travel to China and come back (to do the fingerpring, etc.).
