50萬美元投資移民問題

各位前輩
前陣子俺聽說美國有一個50萬美元投資移民計劃，另外這50萬美元隻需要存到銀行5年，不需要有任何的實際商業行為，綠卡可一年批準，想請教這是不是真的，另外有沒有附加的條件。
