Be aware of "Active" investment requirement.

There were massive law suits around 2000 regarding INS canceling EB5 GC or refusing to remove their conditions because the investments of those applicants were passive, similar to the ad. Although Congress around 2002 gave them "amnesty" so they kept GC, the new applicants after 2002 do not have such protection and should really think twice about this come-back of old tricks.
