請教8老師，family relationship in perm

幫老公問8老師一個問題。

老公要交perm，老公的一個遠親是同一個組裏的chief engineer，算是組裏的manager。公司是一個private 公司。請問這種情況，perm 表裏 9. Is the employer a closely held corporation, partnership, or sole proprietorship in which the alien has an ownership interest, or is there a familial relationship between the owners, stockholders, corporate officers, incorporators, or partners, and the alien? 需要填是還是否？
