But practically, I have seen some similar cases as yours in which the I-485 was rejected because the priority date of EB2 was not ported to EB3 I-140 before the EB-3 I-140 was approved, but I have also seen in some cases as yours concurrent filing EB3 I-140 and I-485 worked well.
