所以問題是：現在能不能eb3 140 和485 一起交，如果是，公司律師說如果eb3 140 沒有approval是不知道eb3 PD日期的，那如何才能eb3 140+485 一起提交？

But practically, I have seen some similar cases as yours in which the I-485 was rejected because the priority date of EB2 was not ported to EB3 I-140 before the EB-3 I-140 was approved, but I have also seen in some cases as yours concurrent filing EB3 I-140 and I-485 worked well. So, it seems it depends on the individual IO's understanding on the immigrant law.
