 我太太EB3和我EB2同時獨立申請綠卡，優先日期都是2013年6月，我太太已經2016年12月拿到了綠卡，我（EB2依然pending）然後申請轉成她的家屬，我女兒原來是我的家屬現在也轉成了我太太的家屬。移民局收到並讓我和女兒補體檢（原體檢一年失效）。我們體檢5月交給了移民局。突然現在EB3大倒退到了2012一月，我太太當初的優先日期是2013年6月。現在盡管我太太拿到了綠卡但她當初的排期也不current了。
問題1：是不是我和女兒作為家屬也要等我太太EB3的排期重新current？
-Yes if your/your kid's I-485 was filed before your spouse's I-485 was approved. But if your EB-2 PD is current, you and your kid can do the I-485 relink (interfiling) from EB-3 to your EB-2 I-140, thus USCIS will approve your I-485 and your kid's I-485 based on either EB-3 or EB-2, depends on which one PD is current.

 問題2：我女兒馬上21歲了。我可以要求移民局加速嗎？
-Just try because the PD is still current in June.  But your kid's CSPA age has been frozen from the day she filed I-485, so she will have no age-out problem.

 問題3：7月的排期才倒退，理論上到6月底還是current，我可以做點什麽嗎？
-Contact USCIS or ask the US Senator or Congressman in your state for help.


 問題4：萬一我的EB2又到了，我還能轉回自己的EB2嗎？
-Yes. Request I-485 relink (interfiling). See above.  Not need to file a new I-485.
